Parking is a breeze with a nice, flat paved driveway, providing ample space for up to four vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of nine vehicles total. - Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
- Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.
Cancellation Policy:
- $50 Fee
- Before 30 days - Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
- Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25) - $50 cancellation fee
