      We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at plenty of beach houses and all agreed that this will be one of our favorites. The home was clean and as described. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The owners were politely responsive. The large main balcony and additional smaller balconies were a definite plus for the first row beach view. Although this was not a downside for us be aware that the public beach access is next to the property so there was a consistent flow of beach goers passing through. It also made the area of beach in front of the home occupied during much of our stay. That being said the glass in the home is superb and we never heard noise while indoors with the doors closed. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

    • Jason was very personable, reliable, and on top of things by providing great market insight and recommendations for local Galveston and Crystal Beach properties. He led us through a very smooth rental search and the process was seamless with us being out of state and in times of COVID-19.

      This beautiful house provided everything we needed as a family of 11 for a beach vacation. Walking out the door to the beach with little ones made for a very relaxing time. The beach chairs, toys and towels were an added bonus. We also loved sitting on the decks in the morning for sunrise and at night to listen to the ocean. Everyone agreed we would for sure rent the house again if vacationing in this area.. The host always answered questions promptly. Perfect spot!!

      My extended family had a great end-of-summer stay at Breezy Days. The house was clean, well-stocked, and just a short walk to the beach! There was plenty of room for all of us in the kitchen, and for the kids to sprawl out after a day of sunshine at the beach. Thanks to Mark and his team for such a great rental, definitely on my list for another trip!

      We had a 3-generation family get-together of 14 persons at this beach house. It was lovely. The grandchildren in their 20’s swam, sunbathed, played volleyball, and flew kites on the beach, while the grandparents could watch from the large porch. With the elevator, the 80+ grandparents were able to access the house in their wheelchairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve family meals. The house did not seem like a rental because of all the personal, beachy decor, books on the coffee table, baskets of snacks on the counter, games in the cabinet under the TV, and beach chairs and volleyball in the storage area downstairs. We loved it and would recommend it to any family hoping to have a wonderful beach experience. - Sunrise Serenity

      This house is so beautiful and is immaculately decorated! It is stocked with extra blankets and pillows, etc. So much thought was put into every detail inside and outside. It’s the perfect location where we can walk out and go straight to the beach. The patios are so relaxing after a long day in the sun and the perfect place to watch the sun go down. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and pots/pans that we needed for cooking. We were there for a short two days but we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The owner was super nice and responsive! This was a great house and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!

      This property offered a GORGEOUS view of the ocean! It was incredible waking up every morning to the sunrise over the water, then ending the day with the moonrise. We loved that every bedroom had an ocean view with a walkout, which makes it nice when you’re traveling with other families, that way no one has to take a bedroom that is less than ideal. Although this house is next to a public beach access, we were happy with how quiet our beach area was; I’m sure different times of the year could be much busier. It was also nice that we were so close to the water; no looking at the back of other houses and no hiking over a bridge to get to the beach like most of the other properties. The second level deck was also perfect for sun bathing without having to do more than just walk out of your bedroom. We also loved that both decks offered nice high top Adirondack chairs so you could sit and enjoy the view at any time of the day. We had a few minor issues during our stay and Mark was very quick to respond and take care it. He even ordered brand new beach towels when we informed him we could not find any in the house. We would definitely rent this property again!

      We decided to stay local in Texas and drive to Crystal Beach for the first time this year.  Jason was knowledgeable, responsive, and an extremely helpful person to work with.  His concierge team assisted with setting up a bonfire for us, did grocery shopping for us, and even stocked the fridge prior to arrival.  What an outstanding job!!!  I will recommend Southern Sands Property Management Group to all my friends and will be using his expertise for my next vacation rental in Galveston or Crystal Beach!

      The views from the deck are wonderful! The sunrises were gorgeous! The home is very comfortable, the kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need. Plenty of towels. I would definitely stay here again!

      Our family had such a fun week staying at this house. The covered porch was absolutely our favorite area to hangout - we even witnessed a beautiful beach wedding on the morning of our departure! Everything was clean and the house was nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the temperature throughout the house was great. We could tell our host was caring from the welcome snacks and being very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back again. Thanks so much!
